Over the past few weeks we've been working on resources to help support you with your marketing. Today we're launching our first Social Media Marketing Kit.  This first kit includes twelve unique designs for sales promotions. As you can see it's focused on albums and prints, but it's easy to swap out the text and images in Photoshop for your own purposes. They can be used on Instagram and Facebook, or included in your marketing ads.  Over the next few weeks we'll be launching more resources, so stay tuned. We hope you like them!   Download the pack below, To View More >>

Queensberry and COVID-19 Update: Wednesday March 25th 2020 Hello everyone, In response to the COVID-19 pandemic the New Zealand Government has put the country on an “Alert Level 4” lockdown for at least four weeks effective tonight (details below). As a result we can now confirm that as of this afternoon the Queensberry Print Lab and Bindery will be on hold for that time. Many of our staff are already working from home, and today the rest of the team are busy sending out as much work as possible before they too self-isolate at home. Please continue to send in your orders, which we will To View More >>

Will your 2015 album sales predict how well you do next year? Many photographers struggle with album sales, and David and Luke Edmonson freely admit they've struggled too … but not any more. Their 2015 WPPI Masterclass, sponsored by Queensberry, is about the tremendous impact that selling albums can have on your bottom line. We’re running a survey to support them with up-to-the-minute data about how well photographers are doing with album sales, and what’s standing in the way of them doing even better. From our little corner of the world, here's wishing all you Americans and Canadians a happy thanksgiving. Sadly we don't celebrate the day in New Zealand, so we spent it at work - it's Friday morning here now - but we wish we could join you. It's a reminder to pause and give thanks for our blessings, so here's a huge heartfelt thank you to ALL our friends, readers, likers and commenters, album customers, Workspace users and PJ geeks, brides and grooms, mums and dads, suppliers and partners - and of course all our bindery, lab, IT, design and support staff, past and present - in fact all who make To View More >>

Our customers love our little copy albums and are always asking for more, so here goes! You can now order flushmount digital copies of all our albums. Not just the large ones, all of them. Want copies of an 8x8 or 10x7 original? No problem. But that's not all... You can now order flushmount minis, with free freight and design and colour correction just like their bigger sisters. Sizes available: 7x5 V/H, 6x6 or 5x4 V/H. AND you can order digital copies from them too. Just one thing to remember... You can't order digital copies that are larger than the original album ;) What could you do with these To View More >>

It used to be that people would ask me if I used film or digital, generally because they'd heard a horror story. I would show them an album and ask them firstly if they liked the quality of the images, and then what they thought it was shot with. Most guessed wrong and said "film". Back then my using digital could have undermined my perceived value. But what if your choice of suppliers added perceived value to your service? What if you had brides asking about your suppliers? If a client sought you out because you used Queensberry would you be offended? If you don’t tell your clients why your To View More >>

We are about to release a new version of Photojunction that will no longer support Macintosh pre-Intel PowerPCs, which were discontinued in 2006. This is necessary so that we can upgrade the Photojunction development environment, which no longer supports PowerPCs. If you are running a Windows PC you won't be affected. If you're running an Intel-based Mac you won't be affected either. All Macs have been Intel-based since 2007, so if your computer is newer than that you're fine. If you're not sure you can check by going to About This Mac under the Apple menu. We have announced that this is coming To View More >>

We regret to say the fibre connection to our print lab has just been cut. As a consequence our FTP upload service has been disrupted and you will not be able to upload orders from Photojunction until it is repaired. Our lab team is also out of email and phone contact. Our Bindery staff are still able to communicate and Workspace is operating normally. We are moving staff between sites so that we can get tech support back up and running within an hour or so. We are working on this urgently and will advise when we know how long the repair will take, but we expect it to be a matter of several hours. To View More >>
